Lawn Bowls Academy is a mobile application that provides:

    Training drills and exercises for lawn bowls players
    Progress tracking and performance analytics
    Personalized training recommendations
    Subscription-based premium features
    User profile management and progress history

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolutely Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
